RATES, INCLUSIONS & TERMS

Italianwinetours offers private guide service, private tours and open group tours. Here you find our 2008 rates. For more details about the inclusions and the Terms and Conditions we apply, please contact us.

 
  GUIDE RATES  
 

The cost of a private multi-lingual guide ranges from  € 190 per day, for 3 days minimum, to € 250 per day.  Such rates apply to 2 to 6 people parties.
Inclusions: guiding service all day.
Guide dinner and lodging, if required by the itinerary, will cost additional €80-90 per day.  

Not included: insurance and every other expense.

Note: transportation by car, van or bus can be arranged on request.

 
  PRIVATE TOURS RATES  
 

A classic 7 days private tour, with 4 to 6 people, costs € 2.100 per person.
It may vary, between € 2.000 and € 2.600 for example, depending on the group size, on the request of different accommodation, or of customized  services (*).
Standard inclusions:

- Accommodation, in double occupancy, in 3 stars hotels or fine farmhouse   resorts, and one 4 stars hotel.

- Seven full meals, with our wines included.

- Winetastings, 2-3 each day.

- Multi-lingual guide, English, French, German, or Italian speaking.

- All tour transfers, from first to last hotel.

- 1 or 2 guided tours.

Not included: airfare, insurance, other meals, airport transfers.

  
  OPEN GROUP TOURS RATES  
 

A medium cost for a 7 days open group tour, as in our Scheduled tours page, is  € 2.100 per person.  It varies, however, depending on the season, the destination, different tour lenghts,  and on the number of participants.
Please ask us specific, fresh information.

(*)NOTE

We are happy to customize your holiday, following your taste and preferences. In order to really customize a tour we need three essential indications:

- Lodging you want: 3 to 5 stars hotel, fine farmhouse resorts.

- Number of participants, and of travel days.

- Destination, or we will propose our favourite ones.

Non essential, but useful information:

- Date, approximate at least. 

- Flight schedule.

- Ideal budget.

 
 
TERMS

To reserve a tour we require a 30% deposit, the balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to the trip start.

For a customized private tour, asking for specific planning work, we require a 30% deposit,  as soon as itinerary, inclusions and rates are agreed upon. Half or the deposit (15%) is not refundable.

Open Group Tours. You will be asked a 30% deposit as soon as the minimum number of 5 participants is available.
